Insight Mechanical is a local, family-owned heating and air company with over 20 years of experience, licensed and insured, working across Santa Fe and Los Alamos counties. The list below is grouped the way the work actually splits: heating, cooling, water heaters and commercial. Every one of it gets sized for 7,000 feet and fitted to whatever the building is actually built from, adobe included.
Heating
Boilers, furnaces and heat pumps for houses that see genuinely cold mornings even after a warm afternoon.
Cooling
Central air where there is ductwork to carry it, and ductless zones where there isn't.
Water heaters
Tank and tankless, on all makes and models.
Commercial
Installation, repair and maintenance inspections for buildings, not just houses.

Free in-person estimates are scheduled within two business days. Someone stands in the room and tells you plainly what the job actually is before anything gets quoted. Mention it if you're a veteran and we'll apply the discount.
